Adam Woodall gets a sack. Despite the efforts of many fine athletes the varsity football team finished the season with a disappointing record of 2-8. Team spirit was not demoralized by this record however which they prov- ed in their final outing against Harlandale. The Cowboys 29-27 vic- tory over the Indians was one of the most exciting games ever played between the two teams, and will without a doubt be talked about for years to come. This spirit was present not only during the Harlandale game, but in every game the cowboys played. It is with this spirit that will lead future cowboy teams on to victory not only onthe game field but in the field oflife. 22 Rudy Ortega puts a point on the board Mike Villanueva scores six.
