1 SP Administrators Provide Mr. Ernest Hoffman, assistant principal, assumed his position as a McCollum administrator in Septem- ber 1968. Mr. Hoffman came to McCollum three years ago as a math instructor. He has been employed as a teacher in the Harlandale Indepen- dent School District for nine years. Mr. Hoffman earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees at Southwest Texas State College. In 1967 Mr. Hoffman coached the McCollum Golf Team to win the 16AAAA championship. As assistant principal, Mr. Hoff- man handles student prob- lems. He assumes for all Ufffsr , ae at Mr. Earl Ott, assistant principal of McCollum, is responsible for all financial records concerning the school, clubs and organizations. He supervises the janitorial staff and facilitates the school building. Mr. Ott has taught sixteen years in the Harlandale Independent School District. His previous experience before coming to McCollum when the school opened, was teaching bookkeeping and secretarial studies at Harlandale. Mr. Ott holds the Bachelor of Science from Trinity University and a Master of Education degree from Southwest Texas State College.
