Sweepstakes A- ward. ln order to attain this award, the dedication of every band student is necessary. The band must receive a first-division in marching, sightread- ing, and concert competition to ob- ' tain the Sweepstakes Award. Annette Martin, Peggy Sears, and Ann Johnson honored the Cow- boys by becoming members of the All-District Band. Ann also qualified for the All-Regional Band. Mike Dirmcier placed in the All-State Band bringing another victory to the McCollum musical group.
