May I say that the story of our new C. K. McClatchy Senior High School also has meant pioneering on the part of the good people of Sacramento, of students, teachers and school officials. To the student body, l say that yours is the golden opportunity of sharing in the development of our state, and of living up to the challenge and bringing to fulfillment Sam Walter Foss' command in his poem, The Coming American, Bring me men to match my mountains.
