ODE TO 89 ' ERS Feelings of pleasure ripple through the halls. As the Class of ' 89 makes it Valentine calls. Presenting bright carnations to many happy faces. Spreading love and warmth in all the nooks and places. What a wonderful gesture offered every year; Every single flower creates a sense of cheer. Excitement runs high as recipients smile, Feeling they are special for at least a little while. This communal act of sharing improves the school ' s morale. Whether flowers are sent by a love or secret pal. Everyone ' s more friendly, enjoying one another ' s glee, Reminding us that caring is the way life ' s meant to be. I, for one, am thankful for your cheery thoughtfulness. Your generosity is a sign of true finesse.
