Along with learning in varying degrees all that we have to know to be mechanics, we have had some memorable times in the Auto shop. The swamp outside the big doors has always been good each year for throwing someone ing and, in fact, one year the school car chassis had a dunking there We also will remember the good laugh we had the day we crushed up peanut shells in a baggie and fooled Mr Baker into believing it was pot With all the different kinds of fluids in the shop it was always fun to use them for spraying people rather then parts--not to mention the grease that was available for ll ' ll 3 pranks too. uf' i-uui1 QQ xx 139 Tucked away as we are in the south west corner of the building we Seniors in the Auto shop have not been as involved in school activi ties as other shops Because we have such a long walk we are usually late for a Q hlies and our shop instructors eveidently don't thin' we know our way around the building as they always want to lead us up to the Boys Room For four years the Auto shop and our related room have been pretty much our world Although we started out in our first year with quite a few students most of them could not get used to the rigid standards expected of us.
