Folino, S. Mauk, D. Damon, T. Moran. FOOD ERVICE The Food Service Course prepares stu- dents for careers in any ofthe several phases of food preparation and handling. The major areas of concentration include menu planning, food management, storage, food chemistry, quantity preparation and baking, hygiene and sanitation, safety and terminology . Under the direction and instruction of Mr. Crawford and Mr. Cantone, ably assisted by Mrs. Vecellio, students prepare and serve all lunches in the cafeteria, as Well as preparing and serving all meals in the Tea Room, which is open to the public every Tuesday and Friday. Related instruction in the classroom is applied both in the kitchen and bakery and in the cafeteria. 16 lr 'K.--f 1
