“N Q. Q - L' Ziff' Stanley--It wasn't until late in life that I learned to say 'I don't know! Janet--I don't believe in love at first sight, but I believe in taking a second look. Carroll--Tell me where she is, and I'll take care of her. Darrell--'Get that light out of my face, I came here to sleepl' Qgi Richard--I only eat once a day and that's all day long. Connie--Don't bother me. I've got things to do and all that. Shirley--I may be a small package but when I get mad watch out! 'NN gyuk Glen--All I want ls more night life. 5- 5 Beverly--Wind her up and see her go! ' Myrna--Won't someone make a fuss over me? Mr. Vest--Nobody gets out of my sight! Hr. Rosheim--Talk about boogie woogie or that Dixieland style and your bowling 300 right down my alley. Hrs. Egenes--New that the piano playing president is out of office, I find that a little golf now and then helps my prestige. Hr. Hannes-I've got so much more building to cover since we have the new gym that I'm beginning to appreciate the old building more each day. Mr. Foster--Never do today, what you can put off until tomarrow. Mrs. Cheney--Teaching is a lot more fun, especially when your husband can come along. N Mr. Poulter--It has to be awful funny before I'll laugh. W ff lg i, 445 il'1 'u, ., History continued-- He have finally reached the end of our high school years. We took our seats on the extreme east side of the assembly with pride. Our Class officers were: Pres.-Myrna Kllstofte, V, Pres.-Connie Arnold, Sec.-Treas.- Janet Lee. Our sponsor was Mr. Bill Vest. Beverly Tjelmeland decided to leave us so we now have a total of ten. Our senior play 'Have a Date' was presented on March 26, 1954 with an all star cast of characters. It was under the direction of Mrs. Bruce Cheney. For our Senior Skip day we sent to Chicago. We saw many points of interest and everyone enjoyed it immensely. We sold magazines and refreshments at the Jr. High tournament to earn the money. The Junior-Senior banquet was held April 29, 1954 at the High School Cafeteria. A vote of thanks goes to the Juniors from us all. Of the seventeen who began in first grade, seven have been pulling to- gether all twelve years. They are: Glen Amdahl, Myrna Kilstofte, Janet Lee, Shirley Ose, Carroll Wester, Richard T hompson and Stanley Thompson. This very distinguished Class of '54 has proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are outstanding in their many fields of endeavor and as every- one will agree, they will continue to do so throughout their lives. We will not say we wnn't think of our high school days but it will be nice to be out and just have to think about them. Sc we shall say farewell. Our class may be small, five boys and five girls, but it will leave an empty spot in the very heart of the school. We all hope the school will continue even though the loss is very great.
