Doctor, who has been a Headmaster of McCallie since it was founded in 1905, is a graduate of the University of Virginia. Here he took a doctor's degree in his chief hobby, Astronomy. He teaches Senior Bible in addition to his numerous other duties as headmaster of the school. The students look to him as a true friend in. time of trouble and as one who is never too busy to lend a helping hand. He is an adviser, a builder, and a devout churchman.
