KNEELING: Manager Tim Knowles, Rich Nesbitt, Bill Florence, Dave Watkins, Ken Adair, Juan Hernandez, Steve Loomis, Vic Lewin, Manager Dave Adair. STANDING: Dana Seydel, Gay Johnson, Lynn Dowty, Floyd Loomis, Joe Dorris, Dale Eld, Keith Thompson, John Coski, Dave Kirk. Under the guidance of coaches Mike Thomas and Kirk Dahlke this year's track squad proved to be one of the most successful teams to come out of McCall-Donnelly High School. The team won the Riggins Invitational Track Meet and once again brought home the traveling trophy. Three members, Joe Dorris, Lynn Dowty, and John Coski, qualified for the Regional Track Meet in Twi.n Falls. At this meet Lynn placed 3rd in the shot put and John placed lst in the pole vault. These placings qualified both of them for the State Track Meet in Boise. Lynn placed 4th at State in the shot put with a new school record of 46'3f4 . John won the pole vault with a vault of 12'9 , also a new school record. Joe Dorris also broke an old school record in the 880 yd. run with a time of 2:08. 2. Coaches Kirk Dahlke and Mike Thomas and Captain Floyd Loomis display the trophy won at the Riggens Invitational Meet.
