1 al, Zf R . M! Thespian officers for the year were, from left: Russ Moltke, Vice-Presidentg Skip Rowland, Presidentg Jeanne Helmich, Secretary-Treasurerg and Advisor, Mrs. Kay Parkinson. One hundred hours of work with plays, talent shows, or declamation is the requirement of the National Thespian Society for membership. This group annually produces one play, under the di- rection of Mrs. Kay Parkinson, but members of Thespians are usually found in leading roles of other dramatic activities. Jeanne Helmick Qabovej was the recipient of the newly formed Don Lawrence Memorial Scholarship given to a graduating senior plan- ning to major in one of the fine arts. Cast in Grandma Pulls the String were Peggy DaViS, Toni Florence, Annabel Newcomer, Niki Eld, Pat Boydstun, and Mike Butler. Peggy doesn't often receive proposals , but Speech Clam Tbespianr Present Ibuz One Act Plays' Monte Bollar, Kim Helmich, Sam Binder, and Gary Albright were cast in If Men Pat prods Mike into doing it right if he does it at all! Played Cards as Women Do. Roger Bates and Noelene Jacob Comes Home all right, but the Braun household is horrified upon seeing his condi- tion. Cast in the Thespian one-act play were Luann Cox, Pain Zachary, Sandy Hoss, Ray Harnell, and Roger Bates. Eddins in Another Way Out.
