We began as Freshman on our first day of school, lost and walking into wrong rooms. Our Big Sisters helped us adjust to this routine, for at the most we were only fifteen. As Sophomores we did crazy things at the Halloween party and met new friends, like our Sophomore pal. We began to grow up when we first got our temps., and were allowed to go to our first Date Dance. When we were Juniors our class became unified when we were given our sweaters and rings. We became upperclassmen with just two years to go, living it up at the Christmas Dance and Prom. Our Senior year was spent planning our futures, and building new ones in our Little Sisters. Our years at McAuley ended with graduation, out into the world with little hesitation. When we look back at these times in the future years we’ll remember the faces and names of those friends that made those years such pleasant ones. By Barbara Inderhees ’79 PAGE 16. 1.
