Seniors crowd into lobby before movie Popcorn munched by movie watchers. uf,-f-J 163RD STREET THEATRE HOSTS SENIORS - JUNE 4, 1963 Barabbas, the life of the man whom Christ re- placed on the cross, was thoroughly enjoyed by the senior class. After reporting to school at 8:00 A. M. on June 4, a cavalcade of cars journeyed to the 163rd Street theatre to view the film. It can be said that the third activity of senior week certainly went off with a bang! Everyone had fun. The movie was beautiful, and the class of '63 would remember this day as another step on the road to gradua- tion. 189

sponsor, Mrs. Powell, with o gift. ON CLASS NIGHT The gymnasium, bedecked with flowers, was the scene as proud seniors and parents attended the annual Class Night. Honor cards were presented to the top ten percent and scholarships, grants and awards were announced. Highlight of the evening was the presentation of a gift bv Eugene Hardesty to the Class sponsor, Mrs. Ioan Powell. Following the ceremonies, a reception was held for the graduates and their guests.
