The girls become acquainted with hospitals throughout the community by attending the Jackson Memorial capping cere- mony and taking Christmas presents to the South Florida State Mental Institu- tion, Two delegates attended the state convention in Pensacola, Florida, and Gloria Geise was elected as State Secretary. Through the efforts of the club, three senior members received scholarships toward nursing careers.
