County of Ignorance City of Honsense We, the graduating class of 1952, being of sound mind end body do hereby declare thie to be vur laet will and testament; hereby making null and void all former «illa or declarations of any kind whatsoever. The estate, which we have obtained by our wit and sohemes, will be dis- posed of as follows: Item: To the Vreshman Class, we will and bequeath the studious mind of Jeanetta Watts, feeling oonfident that there will be a plentiful share for ail. Item: To the Sophomores, we will and bequeath Kenneth Lay's ability to slip out of class at every opportunity; and to the girls, permission is given to enter by the windows instead of the door. Item: we will and bequeath to the Junior Class the ability to run the school. CARRY OH, LEAR JUHIORS! Item: we give and bequeath to our beloved faculty an ample supply of arsenic to end their worries should next year's Senior Class present the same difficulties as the class of '52. Item: As a token of our generosity, we do bequeath to underclassmen these various belongings and personal traits: I. Leroy Howard leaves Anna Rose Grider, much as he hates to, to all the boye who may try to date her next year. II. To Jeannie Cornish and Verna Baker, Evelyn Sexton leaves her ability to oatoh a whole camp of soldiers as well as a handsome sailoz: III. Kenneth White leaves bis beautiful red hair to Lale Stump and his deep base voice to Johnny Reynolds. SIBG IT, JuHHBY! IV. Margaret Wllham wills her dimples to Betty Moore, and the six or eight boys who wait to take her home from work to Patsy Mooney and Charlotte Woods. V. Cornell Hendren leaves a small book entitied Advice to Bachelors to Barry Britton, Joe Kinoaid, and Donald Brown. He doesn't need it any more himself, boys. VI. Gerald Drury leaves his love of blondes of all sizes to Edmond Broughton and John Willie Watts. VII. To Jean Moore and Carolyn Robinson,Anna Lee McRay leaves her fear of being an old maid. VIII. Jimmy Sexton wills his witty mind to David Patterson and his mis- chievous ways to Barbara Mattingly, Minda Gillie,and Margaret Taylor. IX. Joe Graham leaves his well worn adaress book with phone numbers of all available blondes, brunetts, and red heaas, to Lalton Hendren and Bronson Yeaate. X. Charles McMurry leaves his love of night life to Eugene Taylor and Wendell Johnson. Take warning,boysl Instead of seeing stars at night— Charles sees Green! XI. To Bessie S ith ana Jo Ann Sallee, Wilma Moore leaves her sweet aieposition,and her shortness to Mary Joyce Dean and Louise Marksbury. XII. Brownie Yeager wills his one courting night a week to Kenneth Roney, Stanley Watts, and Tinsley Phillips. We do hereby name and appoint Mrs. Lee A.
