The season ' s pep rallies were filled with plenty of spirit, humor- ous but meaningful skits, novelty cheers, and songs. Among the activi- ties initiated and sponsored by the cheerleaders were class spirit and poster contests, weekly slogans, and decoration of the goal posts. Their enthusiasm was contagious and spread quickly througliout the entire student body. Donna Haley. Coach and Mrs. Haley ' s daugliter, was the mascot.
