Today the President announced the appointment of Kenneth Sanders, well- known citizen of Greenwood, Alabama, as Ambassador to Russia. . ' He said the move was made to strengthen the diplomatic relations with us and Russia. Kenneth is the man we need to win the cold war with Russia and prevent the awful destruction of an Atomic VVar, said the Secretary of State, Billy Clav Horton.
