The Honor Society sponsored the 88' Morp. % Unique decorations and balloons hung from the ceil- ing in the cafeteria during the Morp. Carrie Zelnar helped hang up painted records. During the initiation ceremonies for new Honor Soci- ety members, the officers served cake to the new members and their families. Accepting her 5th place award in shorthand at the state banquet is Kathy Neel. FBLA, which stands for Future Business Leaders of America, is an orga- nization that helps high school stu- dents prepare for a career in business. April Holmes, a member of FBLA, says, FBLA has taught me to be a business leader and to compete; to come out ahead in the business world.'' The FBLA went on trips to compete against other schools in certain business areas. Some people always placed in the competitions.
