This year has been one filled with many ex- periences which we shall never forget. The joys, the sorrows, the fun and the hard work--of this past year. In the 1960 WARRIOR we have tried to pre- serve for you through pictures these memories of MHS. Our School Board is not seen by our students in everyday school life, yet the school could not function without it. With the welfare of the school and the student body in mind, the Board does all the long-range planning for new school buildings, new teachers, and better facilities. The Board members meet on the first Monday of every month during the school year. They give many hours of their time freely to enable our community to have a better, more efficient school system. Meetings are open to the public. School Board members are elected to their offices by the community and serve a term of five years. FACULTY Sufoeni tte tcle tt MR. DOUG FREDERICK He has understood our problems, assisted us with patience of steel, listened to our complaints with an admirable smile, inspired us with confidence, encouraged us when we were disheartened, enhanced our chance for success. His determined effort to make us satisfied and happy shall always be remembered as one of our most precious high school memories. Words can't express the appreciation, honor, and respect the student body and faculty have for Mr. Frederick. The Class parties, the Junior Play, the talent shows, the tests we passed and failed, the games we won and lost, the Banquet we gave for last year’s Senior class and the one at which we were the honored guests - all these are a part of our memories. We are grateful for the opportunities we have had to learn, work, have fun and prepare ourselves for the years beyond high school. To all of our sponsors and all die other people who have helped us in our extra work that we have done, we give our sincere thanks for helping make the past three years unforgettable ones.
