“
THE BULLDOG 1981 A Touch of Class As another year has come and gone, we have gained the ex- perience and maturity of another year’s growth. When we pause to reflect and enjoy the memories of this past year, we automatically think of the big moments such as Bulldog vic- tories, Homecoming, and honors awarded to individuals as well as groups. It’s these memories that are made every single year that add that touch of class to each student at Maysville High. The Maysville High experience is a beginning. It provides a feeling of fulfillment in knowing that we have begun to share in the vast field of knowledge that encompasses the universe. Seniors begin to feel this and acquire a different perspective to their high school careers. They begin to think in terms of the memories they have accumulated. Hopefully, the 1981 yearbook will keep these memories alive as we begin our long and irreversible journey through life. The yearbook staff hopes you will will see “a touch of class” as the MHS experience unfolds. The play, directed by Miss Mary Beth Melton, centered around a group of ghosts who were trying to live peacefully at their retirement home rather than wander around haunting houses. For years, everything ran smoothly and then one day, a farmer tried to buy the home in order to tear it down and build a golf course. The ghosts, with the help of two college students, set out to save their home. The record-crowd responded enthusiastically as the seniors performed in grand style. The cast and production crew are certainly to be commended. Finishing touches. Beaut or the Beast' Senior spending their time together.
