Slowly through the years have come splendid achievements vnich were born of dreams, accomplished through sacrifice, confirmed by gratitude. As to the ever-shifting but constantly loyal student body, comes the consciousness of this rich legacy. There awakes within the heart a determination to be worthy of the glorious past, a desire to be of service in the quick receding present, an earnest prayer for the dim future so rich in promise of further attainment. This volume of the '’Cardinal is presented not as a classic but as a cherished diary of the achievements of the year. Kay it preserve, in some lasting form, a little of the happiness of our hiph school days. Mow we dream. Our visions must await the fulfillment of the future.
