They are the first in this period of time to receive their siplomas without the consciousness of the distant of cannon or the dire destruction of devastating bombs, Though there are yet threatening clouds of discouraging rumors of misunderstanding, yet they be truly thankful that peace and quietness them as they leave these halls of learning. . past roar unrest and can smiles upon Cenior For several years the members of thc present Class have been under the constant care and guinea-, of the Mayodan High School.
