7fe C fit or fpeafs The Golden Bear Staff of 1968 has attempted, and, we believe, succeeded in making the year- book Mayo’s finest yet. Our ultimate purpose was to make this yearbook “of Mayo’s students,” “for Mayo’s students,” and “by Mayo’s students.” With this utmost in mind we endeavored to put every student, faculty member, and the admin- istration in the proper perspective. With a yearbook so arranged, each individual is given the op- portunity to see himself as an integral part of the total school environment; because, as our theme states: “All the world is a stage and everybody plays a part.” I have thoroughly enjoyed being editor of the “Golden Bear 1968” and 1 hope you will receive as much pleasure and enjoyment from reading the yearbook as the staff and I received from making this yearbook possible. Robert N. Taylor Editor-in-Chief
