Mr. DeRosa We, the class of 1979, pay special tribute to our retiring Assistant Principal, Mr. Wilfred DeRosa, who has devoted 28 years to .Maynard High School. Appointed in February 1951 as a football coach and a teacher of social studies and ancient history, Will DeRosa soon established himself as one of the more popular teachers at Maynard High. For a number of years, he also served as the driver education teacher. In 1966, he was named to the position of Assistant Principal and continued to serve as a football coach through the 1977 season. For your guidance, your fair and impartial discipline, Mr. DeRosa, we salute you! 00

F THANK YOU!! It is hard to thank someone who has done so much for our class as a whole and each of us individually. As an advisor, teacher, softball coach, volleyball coach, photographer and friend, Mr. Lincoln, you have always given one-hundred and fifty percent. You supported every activity that we were involved in with enthusiasm, and we thank you for always being there. You definitely have influenced each and every one of us and we will miss your guidance and friendliness next year. To try to show our appreciation, we dedicate our Screech Owl ’79 to you.
