Future Teachers Serve Evans . As They Prepare For Future The Future Teachers Club is for those students who are in- terested in teaching as a profession. The members develop their interest through programs such as movies, panel discussions with teachers and interns, and guest speakers. Each year the members visitnearby schools to observe and try teaching methods themselves. The FTA has one money-making project a year - a dance in X A September. During American Education Week the members hon- Z f- ored the faculty at a reception. Other projects Were: attending - the State Convention in Clearwater, having a clothes drive for , - W-it fiiw needy children, participating in the Homecoming Parade, Sweet- ' Miss Elvery heart Contest, and helping members win scholarships.
