Under the leadership of President 'Reggie' Hiller, everyone shared responsibility and tried to promote good fellowship. Although the council participates in social affairs their most important function is to assist the faculty in matters of government and policy. Recently, offenders of 'the laws' have been gzven trial by Jury. This method has proved to be very effective and has helped the stud- ents to realize that their school is what they make it. The council deserves praise and cownendation for fulfilling their duties in the tradition of the past. 39 J R J U 4 I D : : .
