Varsity had what it took to make it to Gil: The girls' varsity tennis team followed a precedent set by previous Mayfair teams in CIF play . . the team went undefeated in League play and went to quarter finals by beating Sante Fe and Brawley to end up losing to La Serna B - 'l CJ.
