'l 2 It seems like Friday We sat and ate our steaks in complete silence thinking about: THE GAME, as we went back to silently sit in the gym, only one thing was on our minds: THE GANIE. We went to get our psyching up from Coach Driggs, and then off to: THE GAME. Once we reached the stadium we proceeded tc the locker room for final preparations. When that was over and We neared the field, we savv the lineup of cheerleaders holding up their painted signs. As we raced toward the signs we wanted to rip them to shreds as if they were the opposing team. We grouped together for our chant, then off We were to fight the battle. This was the weekly drill the football players Went through. This, of course, followed a day of hugging cheerleaders and exchanging gifts with them. School? Well, there was that, too.
