A first at Mayfair For the first time in Monsoon history, a Girl's ATHLETE OF THE YEAR award is being presented. It is being received by NORMA JACKSON who has shown outstanding participation in Girls' Athletics. Norma played varsity volleyball her junior and senior years. She was a member of the varsity tennis team her junior and senior years and went to CIF finals as a senior. Norma has played basketball all four years and has been a member of the varsity squad her sophomore, junior and senior years. During her junior year she was awarded the Out- standing Basketball Player award. She has also played softball all four years. She was named Out- standing Softball Player during her sophomore year.
