All Aboard For Futurama is the slogan of the senior travelers of Mauston High School as they leave on Track 55 at 8:00 P. M. on Friday, May 27. Cheering them on to success in their various endeavors are their schoolmates who remain at the station after the departure of their senior friends. Whillaer are they bound? That is a question which each traveler must answer him- self. The choice is entirely up to him. Each is at liberty to select his own goal, name his point of destination, and secure and hold his own ticket for that point. Some of our travelers, as they leave Mauston High, already hold tic- kets for their points of destination. There are many who are undecided as to the direction in which they wish to travel. Planning a trip like this calls for a great deal of thought and consideration. It must be one which the trav- eler knows he will enjoy. There is no trip that is mapped out to perfection. There will be no driving force except his own to see that he gets to a certain point at the appointed time. Senior travelers, leaving on TRACK 55, have com- pleted the first phase of their trip. This book is a record of the happenings which took place during the senior phase of their school trip. It assumes the purpose of a diary as it records the many enjoyable times each traveler experi- enced while associating with others on his trip through school. It is a pictorial record of the many who send their best wishes to each senior as he answers the call All Aboard For Futurama. Wfe sincerely hope that this Hammer will serve each traveler as a reminder of the many moments of disappoint- ments, happiness, and triumphs which it was his lot to ex- perience while a traveler through Mauston High School.
