LASS of As our Senior rear at Maumee High School draws to a clost xixid recollections ofthe past four ears vo throuwh our minds Durino these xears we have not onlx acquired a xast amount of knowledge from studwintj but also from the mam experiences that will better help Us to succeed throughout our lixes When we entered Maumee High School as Freshmen we were amazed at the different svstem to which we had to adrust ourselxcs We made new friends and took on new Bx our sophomore vear our class had grown hoth in stature and spirit This was shown bw the aetiwe part that most of us tookrn the athletic programs and scholastic projects Then came our Junior xear We were thrilled at the pros pect of getting our class rings and sponsoring the Junior carnival Our greatest thrill came with the giving of the junior senior dinner dance Under the guidance of our advisors Miss Sparks, Mr Fishbaugh and Mr Deimling the senior class of 53 has had a very successful xear We are coming to the fork in the road where each of us must choose his own way in the world but, no matter where we may wander over the face of the earth, nothing can erase the memories of our days at Maumee High School And now we bid fare well to M H S 9 ., lv V 1 'A 1 y - :v cv ' cu 4 ' 1 .
