f 3+ 7 f WAUD Hi6tf SCHOOL mAuoJ oxiA zafi 1 Our Place Where do we belong In this world'? Where is our place In life? We feel so alone As life swiftly passes. We search our minds For beliefs As the world looks on Waiting for us To learn Where we belong And wonder where We'll find our place. Clockwise, Mike Hopper and Tracy Morrison discuss upcoming project with Senior Sponsor, Mrs. Adams. Mr. Speer watches early arrivals to school. 2 Clockwise, Jerrel Buley and David Smith park motorcycles in designated area. Office aid Kristi Bailey removes absentee slip from teacher's door. Wonder what David Buley and Randy Crawford found to be so funny in the student parking lot? 3 amie rod A onme clammy ore man Together We Share Together we shared The year's events, The victories and Defeats. We shared the good times And the bad, As well as the “In Betweens.” Sometimes We laughed together. Other times We wept. But whatever we did We did together. At pep assemblies We yelled together In support of our Teams. At football games We shivered And shared the Freezing weather. Sports events, Bean suppers, Homework, Lots of tests. Pep assemblies, Concession Stand, Homecoming, Senior Play Ordering Announcements, Caps and Gowns, and Senior Pictures, With Hours of Practice For other things Throughout the day. Add to these — Awards assemblies, Prom night, Senior Trip. and Graduation. It seemed as if the ’83-’84 School Year Had just begun When it had ended. In the future we’ll Continue to share Memories of slamming lockers And the shuffling of Running feet To avoid the tardy bell. The end was viewed by some With great enthusiasm While others saw it As a sad event. Some looked forward to The end While others wanted it To always last. Together we shared a sense Of excitement About being on our own But also a heavy sense Of loss By knowing We’d not be together Another year. — Yearbook Staff — UOfUJO Jamm war i Clockwise, Senior Officers. Mike Hopper, Pres.; David Buley, V. Pres., Cindy Swarb, Secretary; Laura Hopper. Reporter; Tracy Morrison, Treasurer. Class favorites, Randy Crawford and Tracy Morrison. Wonder what Donita McKee, Vickie Alberts, Ramona Jordon and Linda Adams were caught doing? Ourselves We may not know today What we expect from life Or what we wish to be, But we are searching For our place And striving to learn Who we are And where we are going. If we must work, we'll work, If we must play, we'll play. And one thing we do know Someday We'll find out just where we are And where we do belong. We only want from life someday To be ourselves. 12 Clockwise, Marlene Alsip and Laura Hopper seem to be in deep concentration as to what to do next. Ms. Perkins catalogs new books for the library. Pam Megee. Melissa Fife, Mechelle Scott and J. P. Lambert can usually be found together 13 Our Time Various things Happened Throughout the year.
