The value or realization of such a respon- sibility is superbly exemplified by Mr. George Kreiling. A veteran of the Second World War and a graduate of Syracuse University, Mr. Kreiling is a firm believer in the American System. A student of history himself, he realizes the important role our generation must take in the future. He under- stands and fulfills the need to create in his students a responsible attitude toward citizenship obligations. Mr. Kreiling, we are glad to have you at MHS. For whether you are delivering a hilarious satire on modern advertising, extolling the virtues of a common stick, tracing the course of Western development, expounding upon the place of extrem- ism in society, or speculating on the brand of Teddy Roosevelt's mustache wax, you are leading your students closer to a future of intelligent, responsible living. «-«■ . ■ » u (f Ai , « «..
