N gX XiWG lIdf Prophecy of Class of 1942 It was 1n.August, 1952 that we made a tour of the Unlted States It seemed more than ten years s1nce we had heard from each member of our graduat1ng class of 1942, and we thought that durlng our travel1ngs, we would try to see as many of our former classmates as poss1ble b began our Journey from Matthews, whore we were st1ll 11V1Hg we left there Ed Hooks, havlng atlng a poultry farm.near the town and Margaret Hooks who had marrled and bumlt her home near Matthews and was puttlng 1hfO practloe all she had learned ln Home Eoomomlcs. It was a dreary ra1ny mornlng as we began our Jour noy, but lt was soon to be brlghtenod by the famlllar faces of our former classmates.
