“SENIORS” Looking back over our high school years, we remember all the fun times and hardships we shared. We started our Freshman year by electing class officers who were Sue Dragicevich — President, Kathy Kozminske — Vice President, Nancy Ryan — Secretary, Carrie Revore — Treasurer, and our advisor was Mr. Hamilton. We raised money by holding a car wash which was very successful. Although our inexperience with making floats gave us a fourth place during homecoming week, the project helped bring us closer together as a class. Our Sophomore officers were Tom Farthing — President, Bambi Bailey — Vice President, Karen Garfield and Kathy Kozminske — Secretaries, Carrie Revore — Treasurer, Brad Kincade — Trustee, with advisors Miss Morningstar and Mrs. Kuschner. With the homecoming theme of Fairy Tales, we entered a float entitled Stomp ’Em, , which depicted the Old Woman who Lived in a Shoe, and received third place. In our Junior year, we elected Ellen Polderman — President, Kelly Dopheide — Vice President, Tammy Bowman — Secretary, Carrie Revore — Treasurer, and Nancy Van — Trustee. We had as our advisors, Mrs. Neal and Mr. Coady. We really were enthusiastic about the magazine drive and broke the last years’ record by a great margin. Another one of our big money-making projects was the concession stand. We had a great deal of fun working on our float entitled “The Wizard of Oz, even though we came in third. Our last big project, the prom, was a total success. The theme was Moonlight and Roses . As we began our Senior year, we elected our class officers who were Nancy Van — President, Brad Hubbell — Vice President, Tammy Bowman — Secretary, Kelly Dopheide — Treasurer, and Ellen Polderman — Trustee. Our advisors were Mr. Cretsinger and Mr. Williams. We displayed this by winning the float competition with our “Roadrunner and Coyote theme. Our next goal was to have three fund raisers for our overnight Senior trip to Toronto which was approved by the School Board. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to those people who made our last years productive and enlightening, especially Mr. Cretsinger and Mr. Williams who helped us grow and gave of themselves unselfishly in everything they did. 9

I want peace, a freedom unobtainable here. Sometimes I think I feel it, but then it's gone. I feel peaceful when I’m with good friends listening and having them listen back. They don't care if I get crazy, they understand my moods and emotions. Oh friendly person, yet not a friend, I wish that you knew me as they do, So I could share the things I want to and have you also share with me. You are different — see that in your eyes. It is my feelings about people like you That keep me from peace, yet lead me on toward it in a brighter world called heaven. K. Gar. 8
