Things sure have Changed!i We can remember not long ago, whan we came into high school for the first time in September 19M3, a wide-eyed bunch of half scared kids, weighted down with the responsibility of being Freshmen. Didn't.take us long to catch on, though. Barbara Branch Donna Babcock, Frances Van Maaren and Don Ross joined us in the 9th grade. We put a dance on to raise money for our class after we were promoted to the tenth grade. We gloriously decorated the gym for the Halloween Dance. Our Junior year was full of activities to raise money. We presented our Junior Play Just Ducky , a three-act comedy with twelve characters, on November 17, 1950. We put on A Valentine Dance which was very successful. We sold refreshments at our home ball games. We also had a magazine sale and a sale of little Memory books. The Juniors gave the Seniors a Prom on May 26th 1951 The theme was Blossom Time , with Jen Jenson's Orchestra. At this time Alice Giddings joined our happy class. Our Senior year gave us a total of twenty-one students. Glenadine Kline and Bill Ross were the two students who joined us in the twelth grade. The Senior boy's'began collecting scrap metal while the Senior girls had candy sales. We presented the Amastars Program on November 29. We sponsored a dance. We sold Stanley Wax and Furniture cream to earn money for our Senior trip. April 18th and 19th we gave our play ■Suspense , a three-act mystery-comedy with thirteen characters making up the cast. Everybody is now looking forward to the big Senior Trip to Washington D. C., skip day. Prom and Commencement. When all is completed the Seniors of 52 will face the future.
