Six feet one Bob Whitehouse. a new student from Rumford was added to the varsity. However Bob injured his knee early in the season and was unable to participate ln all of the games. Together with other regulars Troutt Rideout and Green the team rolled up an imposing record for another good basketball year at Keag Though the whole season was exciting there were five especially thrilling games. In the win column- East Millinocket at Keag 50 to 49- Saint Martin at Keag 61 to 50. In the loss column- Patten at Keag 59 to 57' Island Falls at Keag 59 to 56- and Keag at Island Falls 60-57. At the sectional playoffs in Millinocket Keag rolled over Wytopitlock 107 to 24. Easton stopped Keag 70 to 54 at the regional playoffs in East Millinocket.
