Sandra Haskell The Student Council is a student government organization helping to better the school for the students. On October 27, we held a social, in celebration of the football seasons. Orono whom our last game was with, was invited. Eight members went to the Student Council Conference in Bangor, November I6-l7. Kenneth Parker was chosen to head the Juvenile Delinquent workshop. Bruce Barker and Kenneth Parker were chosen to represent the council at the Lincoln Youth Association this year. We sponsored the annual winter carnival which was a success. When the Pine Needles went to press, plans were being made to ingrave the trophies up to date. Plans were also being made to attend the Central Maine Conference in Orono, where David Buck will run for Vice President. Compliments of SIMON BELL
