Veterans' Day Program November 11, 1975 The first assembly of the year was held on Veterans' Day. Mr. Jesse Travis displayed and Spoke about several early American flags. The main speaker for the program was Major Herman Jones who spoke about "The Meaning of Veterans1 Day." At the end of the program, a flag which had flown over the national capitol was accepted in behalf of Matoaca Middle School by Michelle Miller, S.C.A. president.
