Tae means to smash with the fist ; Kwan means to smash with the foot ; and Do means way of life. The simple fact of keeping flexible and in shape has interested Matt in Tae Kwan Do. He has been taking lessons about one year, a few times a week. He is now a purple belt, and has about one year to go before getting his black belt. Has Matt ever used Tae Kwan Do?
