This is the second consecutive year the tennis team has won this title. The team's only loss of the season came in the Central Jersey Group IV State Sectional Finals to Watchung Hills, the top ranked team in the state. Senior Captain Nancy Ornstein ended a brilliant three year career at first singles with an amazing 55-3 record and has proved herself to be the top singles player in the Shore Area and one of the best singles players in the state of New Jersey. Senior Susan Jacolow finished her three year career at second singles with an impressive 46-7 record. Sophomore Lauren Levine extended her record at third singles to 35-4 over a two year period. Seniors Joan Casagrande and Mary Sheehan finished the season with a 17-3 record at first doubles.
