As the seniors paraded into the colorfully decorated gym for the first pep assembly of the 81-82 school year — the band played loudly, screams of laughter and excitement were heard, filling the entire room with spirit. Mr. Giampolo directed the assembly, in- troducing the captains and varsity members of the fall sports. After the introduction of the cheerleaders, they led each class in yelling its class cheer.
