i he annual Jumor Senior picnic, held on September 21. provided a short vacation from the usual routine at Masuk The eight school buses with eager vacationers arrived at Holiday Hills. Cheshire, around 11:30 Within minutes food was discovered in the main building. After gorging themselves with donuts, coffee, cookies, and clam chowder, groups divided to survey the day’s activities. 8 Jr. Sr. Picnic Some chose the lake as their first area of interest while others decided to play tennis or ping-pong. Lunch was served; a varied offering of hamburgers, hot dogs, salads, and raviolis. Many visitors didn't stop eating all day. The nonstop meal was topped off with a delicious cake decorated just for the Masuk Juniors and Seniors. The day had gone quickly and. before anyone realized, it was time to go home. Hundreds of Masuk upperclassmen boarded the buses exhausted from a full day of canoeing, hiking, horseback riding, and of course . . . eating.
