For the boys there are workouts involving basketball, volleyball, swimming, rope climb- ing, and track. Three years of gym is required of all boys. The girls follow many of the same activ- ities as do the boys. ln addition, they learn the fundamentals of bowling, badminton and dancing. Many girls find a new form of enjoyment in square dancing. liigc ZS A lmslwt ls lwinu itmtlu lx tm it flu s it lui luslwtlmill ,manic-s ltcltl in thc l n s yin luim

Mr. Kammer has charge of the driving classes. The semester class meets every day and the students drive one of every three days. Students learn correct driving procedures and the laws of good driving. Most students are familar with our small but efficient school library. The library is used for reference work as well as recrea- tional reading. The long trips through the halls to room 125 have given way to class- room proiection this year. Through the Audio-Visual department, screens were in- stalled in most of the rooms in the building. Many of you may have been distressed when you found a strange and extremely large silver lock on your locker. This is part of Mr. Morningstar's job. Although annoyed, you soon realize that it is for your protection. The noon hour program is also under his care. Page 29
