With an enthusiastic new advi- sor, Mr. Joseph Sella, the GO., the student government of lvlas- sapequa High School, has be- come involved in new entertain- ment and reforms. This year we saw the first an- nual Halloween Dance and GO. Rock Concert, whose proceeds went for scholarships. Class Nite, the traditional interclass competition, was as usual a great deal ot fun, but most im- portant it was free. Not every school offers such a fun-filled night for nothing. The Executive Committee worked for a student lounge, the elimination of seniors' finals, and considered many other ideas. Though none of these motions were passed, the thoughts still remain behind, and maybe some year they will be instituted. Even though the GO. has not gotten as much done as it thought it would, their efforts are sure to be remembered as worthwhile in years to come.
