MJCDOI11llLl l'1'eiiJel1l Vice Pfeiidelll Tremfzrer , Secrelizrj Atfzimr EMBERS of the Printing Club provided useful services to the school by printing tickets and programs for the music department, calling cards for the Radio Club, and identifica- tion cards for Photography Club members. The boys were glad to do this work since it gave them valuable experience and further op- portunity for a practical application of their printing knowledge. Any need for competent printing work is welcomed by these young Hlfranklinsf' john Carter joe Amadio Richard Nelson john Coughlin Mr. Hayden ATIENCE and hard work are two of the main requisites for membership in the Massa- pequa Model Club. This year the enthusiastic members turned out many scale models of various vehicles of transportation. Their greatest pleasure came fr n working together and sharing expe- riences u d techniques.

Taylor .1 , 2 :NNE S, ., ,, LL interested students are encouraged to join the Boat Club. During the winter months members discuss safety rules of the water naviga- tion techniques, and boat care. In addition, they learn statistics concerning water hazards and ele- mentary first aid. This spring the sailors enjoyed their cruise to Bellport and the sailing of their newly constructed boat. AUTO CLUB Adrimr ,, ., ......... ,Mr. Schriever -1 YY, V :as- N AFETY first is the main goal of the Auto Club. The members develop a more mature outlook on driving based on a better understand- ing of the mechanical aspect of automobiles. This club gives its members the pleasure and useful experience to be derived from working with cars. The auto shop of the Industrial Arts depart- ment is at the disposal of club members who use its facilities to repair and maintain their cars.

Seasonal exhibits were set up in the distributive education showcase displaying senior pins, Regent review books, M. H. 5. pins, and college book covers. Aside from their selling activity, the Distribu- tive Education Club members went on field trips and sponsored charity drives. HE purpose of the International Relations Club is to acquaint each member with the customs, laws, and political policies of the nations of the world. Films and guest speakers helped members gain deeper understanding of the press- ing problems of many countries. The participants engaged in panel discussions on current events and took field trips to museums and local points of interest.
