The Sentinel yearbook staff wishes to extend o special salute to MCHS Assistant Principal Dr. Bill Thompson for the strength and courage he has displayed throughout the past year and a half. Though Dr. Thompson continues to battle illness, he fulfills his duties as assistant principal, both during regular school hours as well as at many evening school events. Likewise, he has repeatedly demonstrated an ability to maintain a positive outlook on his daily activities and on life in general. He has, in truth, become a symbol of courage and respect for students and faculty alike. Dr. Thomp- son is an individual whose strength and inner resolve serve as ex- emplary models for life and we at the Sentinel extend to him our special thanks for the job he has done since coming to Massac County High School. .. 7
