FUREWURD The se have been the happy years, the light years, the gay years. We have felt the sunshine on our faces, the wind in our hair, the laughter in our hearts. For our theme we have chosen hands, hands that grade the papers, catch the balls, take the tests, twirl the batons . . .hands of your friends. So, in years to c ome, when you turn through the pages ofthis,your 1954-1955,Annual,may you be reminded of one of the most memorable years in Mason High School history . . .the ye a r the Mason Punchers went to semi-finals in football, and were named third in the State of Texas. Thi s was a goal which had never been attained before, and which leaves a challenge to the future.
