That was a familiar cry around Mason City High School to the ears of Clarence .Xnderson, head custodian. Besides opening lockers for the halmitual key fttrgetters, ,-Xnrly was lausy making new keys. cliangingg' fluorescent light tulies and carrying out all the duties assigned to a head custodian. Under .Xndy there were four custodians for the main building. Richard Miller was in charge of first floor: llenry llayes, second floor: Ted lililienga, third floor: and Mrs. XYinifred Smith. ladies custodian. They were called upon for various jobs, lrut most ttf their time was spent keeping the school building spic and span. Ray Meyers had to lie especially careful with the instruments as he cleaned up at the music hall. Busy all the time picking up the industrial arts lsuilding was Walter Singleton. The students didn't always leave the work shops in the neatest of conditions. Floretta Vtiilson, Ruth Fisher and -lu Mul- laney had to rush when the lil o'elock buzzer sounded. They were in charge of serving the food which came from the Roosevelt junior High School cafeteria. HAPPY WORKERS in their clean-up shop are Walter Singleton and Raymond Meyers. ANDY'S are Henry Hayes, Ted Elb- laenga. Mrs. Ykiinitrecl Smith and Richard Miller. Each has his own specific job.
