Red Cross One, please. One whaf? Cup of milk, of course. The Red Cross organ- izafion af fhe high school again spon- sored fhe milk bar in fhe lunchroom. This was iusf one of fhe many worfh- while profecis fhaf fhe very worfhwhile Junior Red Cross sponsored. Nuf cups and favors were made for fhe l.0.0.F. Home for Thanksgiving. A special Easier parfy was held for fhe crippled children. A counfy council of Junior Red Cross represenfafives was formed fhis year fo help gain ideas for meefings and projecfs. Two sfudenfs from each fown in fhe counfy were senf once a monfh fo ihe council held af fhe Red Cross office in Mason Cify. The Red Cross officers don'+ seem fo be paying loo much afienlion fo whal is before llwem. L. fo r. are: Sandra Albaugh, vice-presidenlq Darlene Clark, presi- denig Sue Moff, freasurer. Today's milk salesmen are Ida and Lula Schuler. Margarei Bra kel This is Margaref.Brakel adviser Money, money, money! This was fhe cry of fhe Hi-Tri girls as fhe year progressed fo an end. The reason for fhis oufbursf was fo finance a frip. Many profecfs, such 'as dances, car wash days, bay's week and babysiffing were complefed fo acquire fhe necessary funds for fhe frip. The members all parficipafed in fhese projecfs and helped fo increase fhe enfhusiasm among lhe club members. The fop qualify of inferesf in fhe club was carried ouf by fhe many oufsfanding programs and speakers af fhe meeiings fhrough- ouf fhe year. And of course, no one will ever forgef fhe wonderful Sweef- hearf Formal, which Hi-Tri sponsors annually. The spring banquef was a successful end fo a successful year. Queen of Hearfs for 1954 was Judy Beamish. Her affendanfs were Barbara Lyfle and Jackie Brunsfein.
